We would like to welcome the community for two project presentations this week.
BioLit (9th Grade)
Belleville New Tech Freshmen have been researching cancer for the Block Out Cancer project. Their presentations take place on Wednesday, January 13th in the small gym. There will be an open gallery style presentation format where visitors can walk around and stop at informational tables. The time slots are from 9:15-10:30 am and from 12:15-1:30 pm.
HUMANity (11th Grade)
Belleville New Tech Juniors have been researching historical and modern forms of slavery in their HUMANity class for the #FlyToFreedom project. Our students would like to invite you to learn more about these crimes that impact over 20 million people worldwide today. Students will be presenting informational websites that will immerse visitors in the countless cases of human trafficking.
This event will be held in the BHS Media Center on Friday, January 15th. There are two blocks presenting at the following times:
- First Block – 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- Second Block – 11:45 PM – 1:15 PM
